  • What is your return policy?
    If you have any issues or concerns with any of our products, please contact us via email to > mutley@hotmail.com. Please put the wording 'product issue' in the subject line. We abide by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and its consumer guarantees.
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    Yes, we do! Click the 'Gift Card' option on the drop down menu. Choose an amount and pay through the 'checkout'.
  • What are the payment options?
    Accepting payments through PayPal - for your peace of mind. Afterpay is available as an easy payment method. We accept most major credit cards via secure online payment through 'Square'. We accept tap and pay or cash for local purchase and pick up or bank to bank transfers.
  • Do you sell leather collars & leads?
    We are sorry, but no, we don't and we wont in the future either.
  • Do you offer engraving?
    We are sorry but we don't. We would like to in the future; however, the engraving machine to do it properly by laser is too expensive at this time.
  • Why does it ask for my post code at the checkout?
    As part of Square's security checks for the use of online card payments they are checking that the card is being used in the location it should be! Square is a world wide payment transaction company and they are making sure the card is not being used fraudulently.
